Veterans work to honor fallen soldiers "lost in the mist of history"
A great article from member Jim Miles about 83 year old Vietnam veteran working on remembrance profiles for fallen soldiers. More than 200 volunteers work on this project.

Stamp Collecting and a Life at Sea
Member Russell Morse has written a fascinating historical article in the Jul/Aug newsletter Scribblings. Starting in Edgewater, CO in 1939 to Vietnam in 1966, father to son and the travels of the seven seas. Photos and envelopes with stamps from many ships and ports all over the globe. Thanks Russell, I enjoyed it and so will our members.

THE VETERANS HAND SALUTE
As discussed in the August Chapter meeting, here is the information regarding Veterans saluting the FLAG. This law was passed in 2008 but not a lot of attention has been given to it. You earned it....SALUTE IT!!

2014 WEST METRO VETERANS FAIR
There were over 20 veteran service providers September 24, 2014 at the fair in Lakewood, including our Chapter. Many vets attended and the fair was a big success.
