Good News to Report
Congratulations to our AVVA member Kaitlyn Helsel-Henry who went to Arvada West High School to pick up her diploma today. For those who don’t remember, Kaitlyn was the one that brought us bakery goods from Rheinlander Bakery to multiple Members Meetings last year.

David Steiner is awarded Hero of the Game
At the Denver Nuggets game on Jan 15, 2020 David Steiner, founding chapter member and former Vice President, was awarded Hero of the Game at center court in the 3rd quarter, for his military service.

On March 04, 2020 David was awarded Hero of the Game at the Colorado Avalanche and rode the Zamboni between the first and second periods.

Chapter Appreciation of John Altfeltis
On April 18, 2020 Stan Paprocki, Terry Ritenour, Steve Newton and Linda Ferguson presented John Altfeltis with a Plaque of Appreciation for the outstanding years of service being our Chaplain. John was also presented the Quilt of Valor from the Quilts of Valor Foundation by Steve Newton.
