VVA COLORADO STATE COUNCIL MEETING 10/19/2013
Immediately following the Chapter 1071 monthly meeting, the VVA Colorado State Council held their 2nd quarterly meeting.  In attendance were: Chapter 1075 - Manuel Pedraza - President, David Ramey - Treasurer, Lawrence Schaefer - Director, Lawrence Peterson - Director and Chapter 1071 - Richard Cox - VIce President, John Ed Young - Secretary, Tony Lopez - Director and Judy Atencio - attendee.

Our first Colorado State Council meeting was very productive.  After swearing in all the State Council officers and directors, Region 9 Director, Dick Southern shared a plethora of regional and national level information with the combined Chapter 1071 and 1075 members. 

State Council President, Manuel Pedraza addressed many of the state level topics and issues, including funding, State tax exemption status, finance policy requirements among others.  (Details will be available on the State Council Meeting Minutes which will be published soon).

Several motions were made and approved which, again, will be made available in the State Council Meeting Minutes.
